    Rhipsalis baccifera, also known as mistletoe cactus, is a tropical epiphytic cactus native to Central and South America. It thrives in bright, indirect light, prefers consistently moist soil, and temperatures between 60-80°F (15-27°C). High humidity levels are beneficial. Use well-draining cactus mix and fertilize monthly in spring and summer. Minimal pruning is needed, and it's easily propagated from stem cuttings. Watch for mealybugs and scale insects as potential pests.

    Light:
    Thrives in bright, indirect light but can tolerate lower light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the delicate stems, causing discoloration or drying.

    Watering:
    Allow the top layer of soil to dry out between waterings. Water thoroughly but avoid letting the plant sit in waterlogged soil. Reduce watering in colder months when growth slows.

    Soil:
    Prefers a well-draining potting mix. A cactus or succulent mix works well, or use our aroid mix with added sand for extra drainage.
