Peperomia peperspot

  • Product Info

Peperomia 'Pepperspot' is a trailing houseplant with small, round, glossy green leaves on thin red stems. Its compact, cascading growth makes it perfect for hanging pots or shelf displays. Easy to care for and visually appealing, it adds a touch of greenery to any indoor space.

  • Care guide:

    Light:
Peperomia 'Pepperspot' thrives in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate lower light levels but may grow more slowly and develop leggy stems. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight, which can scorch its delicate leaves.

    Watering:
Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Pepperspot prefers slightly moist soil but is sensitive to overwatering. Reduce watering in the cooler months when the plant's growth slows down. Always empty excess water from the saucer to prevent root rot.

    Soil and repotting:
Use a well-draining potting mix, ideally one formulated for houseplants or with added perlite for aeration. A pot with drainage holes is important. Repot every couple of years or when the plant becomes root-bound, ideally in spring. This refreshes the soil and gives the roots more space to grow.
